No, I think someone who wants to bury or buy BMY steps up with a partner deal for PPHM, starts a combo trial with bavi and their big drug Yervoy as a big shot across the bow, another later this year showing a better PD-1 combo efficacy and all the while gets their legal team to help PPHM's in the CSM deal as they watch BMY stock drift lower and lower as Nivolumab toxicity opens it to setback after setback.
