I looked at the last one they had on Yahoo, they may have had some additional funding since that report. As for the depreciation, I have not seen the last quarter figures, but the Dec 2002 quarter had $44 MM Depreciation and $35 MM in new Capex, it seems they need most of the depreciation for capex anyhow...
