On March 5, 2014, and effective the same date, on the recommendation of the Registrant's Board of Directors, the Registrant engaged MaloneBailey LLP, as its independent registered audit firm to audit the Registrant's financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012 through December 31, 2013 and to perform procedures related to the financial statements included in the Registrant's quarterly reports on Form 10-Q, beginning with the quarter ending March 31, 2014.

That's a good question. I hopped on a couple of weeks ago when there was some movement. TBH, I jumped on for a short-term play, and didn't even expect to hold it this long. It was tempting to sell it today, but given the rise in volume and price, I have a gut feeling something else is going on. It was pretty dead for past two weeks, and today the volume just went through the roof, but there was no hype machine that I could find anywhere to indicated it was being pumped. I only saw posts from a handful of poeple on iHub after it started moving. So curious why the sudden spike.
