Nasdaq lists short interest for individual issues but it's delayed quite a bit.

There are lots of stocks that have shaved a bit of short interest as of April 15th and the qqq's are at year lows, but there are others like Merq that have gone up quite a bit.

Merq might be up that high due to the convert they floated.
