LOL thats not how its figured and saying like that sounds like a scam.. The shares will be issued we just need to have faith in the company and understand what we own. I am not going to split hairs over who owns the shares or where they reside They are share they WILL Exist and reallt i tire from this but i will respond to people saying i am wrong and acting like these shares wont count... They count and give us the market cap we need

In days or week I guarantee you will be touting the Market cap like crazy which will of course be based on the share count Geeezz ive seen you around i know you know and i hate to be in it like this. Bill and Tony are going to do a AWESOME Job here and I have over alot of faith in them!

You are right about that Buckwheat112... Those 60% or 7 Billion or so shares will absolutely not hit the market. No way will LVVV sell them!

However..

Market Cap =

Market capitalization is calculated by multiplying a company's shares outstanding by the current market price of one share. The investment community uses this figure to determine a company's size, as opposed to sales or total asset figures.

So some simple math:

5 Billion O/S x .0016 = Market Cap of 8 Million

12 Billion OS x .0016 = Market Cap 19.2 Million

As of Today.. How much does APRU have in sales? Hypothetically, If they have say $50,000 in sales.. and the potential for another $500,000?

Does it value APRU at a 19.2 Million Market Cap?

To say Yeardman is being Ignorant or wrong with the numbers is not right. This math is 100% accurate. He is not wrong with the math.

This is where I differ on opinion from Yeardman:

What is the Market cap of all the other MMJ companies? I've seen them as high as what.. 500 million with almost no sales??

I can certainly see APRU reaching $.01 or more.. and I can certainly see a market cap of 100 Million maybe?.. well idk what market cap it can reach.. But I don't see any reason why you shouldn't buy APRU right now.

I also see more reason to buy LVVV - but everyone has to make their own investment decisions. LVVV at less than 10 million market cap is ridiculously undervalued. I think LVVV should have somewhere around a 35-50 million market cap.

Let's not attack each other - We are all on the same team here. One Team that will all make some nice money!
