Not taking the physical is not a rumor. It's a fact. He was grounded because of that fact. Clinton's staff is not the issue as they are not the President. Bush has put people in jail for offences he has committed when he was young and foolish.
BTW - do you have a problem with Bush's grandfather laundering money for the Hitler in the early 40's or is that just a rumor too?
