The MM's are the front for somebody loading. So yes, naturally they get the blame. The 10K isn't what's going to rocket this SP, it's the S-1 approval followed by production increases.....

After today it is clear no production, no BPD, all it is now "natural gas focus", "Processor acquisition", "end of summer" it is over for Petron and the only reason share price never went up and volume was so low because Petron was diluting like crazy. wATCH HOW ACTIVITY ON THIS THREAD GOES DOWN, READ THAT 10K VERY CAREFULLY imo
