IMO Vakser sits on billions of shares between his FOUR remaining public companies --TDEY, PRPM, PBHG and TSRR[gray market]. That's how he makes his money --printing, pumping and dumping shares. The SEC permanently revoked one [ARTS] last May so he's already in their crosshairs. Vakser claims to be shopping for another to re-start ARTS again.

Multiple public companies and not a single, viable success in the lot.

Not sure that is very legal, using corporate stock funds for his personal defense there must be some type of law broken if that happens.

If this is such a bad stock why has the SEC not shut it down ??
