****> and Kool Aid Man, there was no hearing today in Court 292......basically the defendent walked into court today and set a SETTING DATE for 4/11/2013. There could be many setting dates before the case is heard by the Judge.

This is GOOD NEWS, and gives us room to GROW the TDEY STORY!!!!!!!!!!
