As a side regarding Amphastar, of course there's that whole thing were Amphastar used MNTA's technology to get approved and all :P

This has been a argument here for a long time and let's set the record straight. Amphastar did NOT use anyone's IP to create,design or produce their generic drug. There did use other's IP, not illegally, to satisfy the FDA's process.
