keep in mind, playing in pink and penny land -- not a whole lot different in big cap land, but that's another story -- is a lot like going to a casino where the tables are inside the squared circle, and there's a wwe inspired story being spun. heels, baby faces, referees, promoters, etc. they're all there.
what we're seeing here is part of the gimmick, and the SEC doesn't care about us because we are merely the audience. a paying audience mind you, but one with no power. cynic that i am, i tell you that if you believe in the sanctity of the law it will only be because you have money.
