Correct OBF is fairly common although I wonder there are exceptions. Did anyone ever figure out what group seq boundaries were used for the 50% and 75% IA conducted for the Ph3 Stimuvax START trial? If I am not mistaken 0.001 was used for both.

All in all I'd find Summer's thesis of improving HR substantially more probable and bullish than the use of something other than OBF.

I agree that Summer's bull thesis more plausible. Especially when you consider the Cabo MTC EXAM experience seen in this link http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=91727929

IMHO the 60 mg starting dose in COMET 1 is appropriate. That said, I suspect this late stage CRPC population is more fickle than the 140 mg Cabozantinib MTC EXAM population. As a result, COMET 1 interim and final analysis may resemble the EXAM OS interim experience.
