IF I recall, when conducting my DD...EVERYTHING they sold from NAMCO was legit. In fact, with this NEW ATTORNEY I would not be surprised if litigation is opened against the former company who BOUGHT the rights, but did NOT PAY FOR THEM....I think the contract was for OVER $2.5mm or so & he paid ONLY $800K.
There is MUCH more to the story & I suspect that it will not be coming out. Regardless of the FACT that it has NOTHING to do with NanoTech (all predates the formation & operation of this company, its current management, BOD's, officers, etc..).
Be that as it may,...my research found that they had purchased boards for re-sale & no one is "prohibited" from doing that.
Like I said, FAR MORE details & not relevant to NanoTech so I'll just leave it there... Clearly NTEK went to $0.175 (a double from here) with the same knowledge we have NOW...ONLY imv, the COMPANY is FAR STRONGER & I suspect CEO Jeffrey Foley -- who has been buying shares on the open market now for about 7 months-- AIMS TO PROVE IT!!!
Where are the audits that any serious investor would ask for.... Where is the reporting.... Partners...partners...DOING WHAT????...SHOW THE REVENUE AUDITED... WHERE IS THE NP-1... Why all the arguing...lets have action... Throw away the empty boxes... Throw away the empty promises... Where is the independent review of NP-1??? and on and on and on this goes...easily known that people think that you are solely selling shares!!! Why are we always joining dots...
"Thank you very much for letting us know about this because we were unaware our games were being sold or pirated. Tecmo was not aware of the lawsuit or the indictment against Mr. David R. Foley until your e-mail reached us. We never had a legitimate licensing contract with Foley to sell our games on his Ultracade console and we hope the case is brought to justice.
Sent them through the Mail too Has Davy Sold and Mailed any NP-1s
So 6 to 8 years ago, the former chief technologist at NTEK sold game packs he did not have licensed from the company he founded and sold...game packs he created?
And what does that have to do with current activities at NTEK? Absolutely nothing.
...based on alleged debt, apparently, obtained from fraudulent activities...costing current ntek shareholders, and the company, itself, tens of millions of shares...valued in the millions of dollars...substantially more than..."Absolutely nothing."...
On March 23, 2012 the Company issued David Foley, employee, 29,910,566 shares of common stock at $0.04 per share, to eliminate $1,196,423 of compensation past due under the terms of an employment agreement from 2007, and reducing the company’s debt by the same amount.
The indictment claims that Foley continued to manufacture and sell counterfeit game packs to Daddona after his firing from Global VR until February of 2008.
