Eddie Vakser's reputation is not an opinion. Look at his history. Luxuriant has nothing. It is a start up company. It's not like there was a boat load of money offered for a tangible item from a revenue producing company. At the early life stage of Luxuriant and the non-existent life stage of the TDEY shell scam, this is not business! It is putting hands in the dirty cookie jars.

Again, that's an opinion about a person and not the business deal just announced with said person.
