I don't know, but if you look at cash on hand in mutual funds and at the high bullish ratio in the various survey, one might think that whomever wanted is on board. Don't forget that a lot of former participants are just never going to come back into the market, if we are starting a bull, it is with a new generation that did not know "Joseph" (or the last three years).
