My digs now sold appreciated 750% in 30years.
I closed 12/2/2002.
I see similar properties are now up 10% already since 2002.
Deep Waterfront in Maine is going through the roof, and will keep doing so for another ten years.
I suspect these properties will appreciate at least another 200% in the next 10 years REGARDLESS of the economy.
As there will be a ever more drastic divergence in supply/demand as the very rich will always be very rich .
We are now at 300,000 dollars an acre for deep waterfront land, it could actually go to 1,000,000 dollars an acre, that is how scarce the land is due to wildlife conservationist having locked up many 1,000s of such land.
Someone out there very rich? Invest in deep waterfront up here:)gd

Hi mike,

Re your response to WestPacific:

You already ROLF'd you @ss off last Friday. How many do you have?

If I may add my .02, it has been suggested on more threads than I can remember that he is mostly all A$$.

I guess until he shows otherwise, one almost has to go along with the conventional wisdom. -ggg-

Regards,
Dan
