Based on this estimate of newly infected Hep C every year, how are analysts seeing a HEP C cliff in 4 to 5 years time frame? That is a lot of new patients generated each year.

Not in the US where the big bucks are available for treatment. There are few if any new patients here. Few new patients in the EU either. If the new patients pay $900 for treatment, it does not have much revenue.
