Anjango, I have no clue, TA said that I could have him hold them, I told him there for grand kids, and look not to sell for a few years, I kept some in my Scottrade Account, and will add to those and trade when time feels right, I did that, get the Certificates, to save them for several years, and if I keep them, I might jump the ship way too early, like .25 or .50, this way after years of waiting they should have a free Education, I'm paying for one of those now with my youngest son, not a fun deal, cost a $1,000 a month just to feed and house him in Fayetteville, go Razerbacks, anyway I think this will work best for me, don't need to flip OPXS over and over, and keep paying the tax man, I have a income other than trading, and OPXS should grow and grow, I like money, don't get me wrong, but I like what OPXS does and should grow over time, really grow, I can always ship back and trade them in couple days if I ever want, this just safer for me.
