ok rephrase my question ..when someone posts xyz will move ,do they mean 10 % or potential for 500 % .. when i pump wntr ,,i say they might go to nasdaq so its now @0.0085 ,so they potential can be $2 paws was put out @ .10 so is the ride to .20 or just .015 or at any profit get out.
