Did the BOD have a say in the reverse split? Did the BOD have a say in the ongoing dilution? Do we only acknowledge the BOD when we're referring to Peregrine accomplishments?
Are we talking about the same BOD? The three amigos? SK is worth his weight in gold (even though I think he should take a Dale Carnegie course). SK and PT are the reason Garnick is there. SK and Garnick are reason for FTD. CJ,ES and DP had nothing to do with FTD and bring nothing(except an expense) IMO. Yes ES baled us out a long time ago but thats it. Like an in-law that lends you money then moves in and never leaves.
