Yes I own the stock. I disclosed so as well.
The article is merely the reasons I own the stock.

I'm not saying buy or sell based off of the article. Just that I believe in the company and the reasons why.

Also,
Solomon can NOT release the Licensee name due to an NDA that was signed. If he could, I'm sure he would.

If the deal was bullcrap, then why is the deal stated in an 8-k? Falsifying information in an 8-k would be detrimental to Solomon. He wouldn't be able to survive in jail with his current medical conditions.
