Not scared or a Newbie... Been a PPHM investor for 7 years. Both my college age son and me commited to this stock several years ago - thankfully purchasing more over time to drive down the average as any believer would.
What I know from experience, and working in pharma as well as any industry, is the power of suggestion (in this case with some action - as in filing) can have a signifiant negative effect.
Negative - the noise, stock price, trust, etc...
Positive - None. At best back to where you were, except with less money, behind schedule due to wasted cycles, and a whole new village of idiots with pitch forks looking to burn you down because of something they read on the internet. Most of the average pulic is easily swayed. Never a good thing for anyone accused of something. Even if it has no basis.
Check out cases on line from people who had to defent themselves against complaints made to local, state or federal government. Often when you win - you are bankrupt. Maybe lost your mate, maybe lost your job.
I believe in going stong and relentless against injustice when I see it. I try not to make noise until I have well founded evidence. This is not little league. Perception moves hundreds of millions and can drive a good product (not necessarily PPHM but generally) off the track and off the cliff with a negative sequence of events.
