For some reason, it sounds increasingly like we are being encouraged to sell from all the recent contacts with PPHM Investor Relations.

It's interesting that IR is so willing to answer the phone so readily as of late.

I have a real problem with a NASDAQ company spokesperson discussing message board comments and especially comments about other posters on the board and their actions.
It concerns me immensely that IR would make such comments without consulting legal council. I have had VERY BAD experiences with company's who executives spend time monitoring message boards and sometimes posting on them or via other posters who they have shared comments with.
To me this is so unprofessional and leads me to suspect the company's intentions, especially at a time when there seems to be some concerns about the lack of expected results from recent company events.

All that from a Wook! Great post and much appreciated and with that I extend apologies to CP as I am guilty of taking a shot at him. Manipulation of SP and manipulation of peoples posts are blatant here in PPHM land and getting caught up in them is sometimes unavoidable. Unfortunately most posts here are not like CJG's facts and interpretation of the others can run rampant with hopium.

I suspect HFT algos had something to do with the 36mm trading volume. The question is a matter of degree and how much distortion.

"They" also surely have the power to "churn up" 36 million shares over two days to create an atmosphere that will work to their advantage....ie creating questions of this SEC violation and that illegal insider trading....

If mgmt is worried about sec, it's there own doing. there is another lawsuit in play regarding mgmt self dealing. this one has merit imo because mgmt has done nothing but self dealing. maybe that's why the next grant of options have been delayed. the fact that the bod remains incestuous and lacking any real biotech experience is alarming. mgmt has put a poison pill or giant stink bug around the company with the bod. my guess is the current bod makeup is a major red flag for institutional investors.

Wook, I haven't read the other replies to your post, yet, but I want to say I find it to be timely, hopeful, pertinent, and well-received, by me, at least. Thanks for sharing this conversation with CK!

Chris stated it is ALL about the science (I hope NYAS was on his mind) and if anyone doesn't think management can pull it off sell.

PPHM is a public company and the PPS which is a direct relation to the Market Cap is an objective indicator of the performance of the the company. Since the company is owned but the SHAREHOLDERS, IT IS NOT JUST ABOUT THE SCIENCE. If the CEO had any business acumen, he would realize that. As many of have stated on this Board, SK is a Scientist first and foremost.. well maybe that is the reason that "it is ALL about the science".

Maybe Public Companies have had the CEO step down or pushed out because of the decrease in Stock Price. If PPHM Management only cares about the science then, by all means get an investor and take it Private, like what Michael Dell did. At least this way, they can work in their Private Lab and do whatever they want.

In the meantime, Many Members of this board OWN more SHARES of the company than most PPHM Employees. SK only owns what he owns is because the SHAREHOLDERS PAID for them due to a MISTAKE that Management Made in Issuing the Stock Options.

Why did the Shareholders have to pay to vest the Stock Options for a mistake that they made? Is it because the SHAREHOLDERS own the company?

I know that there are some on this board who have stated over and over that Management has no "VESTED" interest in the company, well, unfortunately, it is true. ES is the only person who seems to have a vested interest with his 600,000+ shares but then again, he CONTROLS PPHM, doesn't he?

Any notice that Jeff Masten is number 4 on the list with a measly 12,498 shares. Wookie owns more shares than that.

KING STEVEN W 191,534
LYTLE PAUL J 101,491
FUSSEY SHELLEY PM 72,232
MASTEN JEFFREY L. 12,498

The problem with the Movie reference of "A Beautiful Mind" is at what point of the movie was he referring to? If he was referring to portion that you are describing about the room with the notes and strings, than it does no bode well. This was the time frame where Nash's Mental Illness was at it worst. His Nobel Prize for the Game Theory was developed before his Mental Illness got that bad.

He mentioned "A beautiful mind". Biopharm, I even said that I envision you in a room with boards full of pictures and info with a spider web of multi colored strings trapping you!!!
