There have been sensible objections to that order of work, but you keep posting this stuff about the parking lot as if it constitutes some sort of evidence that the company is performing poorly.

First of all, that NNVC parking lot is the street that will be repaired after all the trucks are outta there and winter subsides. Secondly, your same-old, same-old blather doesn't make a whit of sense.
