Scottrade is showing as a dividend. I did my turbo tax as is and then one with the amount on the form posted on KATX. For me, there is more than $500 difference. So, I lose yet another $500, as I cannot see how to prove to the IRS.
If you read the rules for the form, you will see several problems as it is now.
One important problem is that Ken did not even SIGN the form.
