Disagreed. Why? Do you know only 270K shares tiny OS which is the lowest in the entire OTC world? At $11.7 the MV is just $3M which is possible for a clean shell to make a RM deal!

Did you notice when the bid was raised 60% to 0.08 and no fill at all? Hyper tiny float available for trading and it is easy to hit the dollars area!
