Le we will see. Heard all this before when it spikes. Never does much as dilution always limits them. They already have got more to buy into the QASP coolaid. Everytime they have increased a/s this happens. Some trade it well and others think pennies and get burned. Keep ignoring the P & D history of QASP. The company itself has nothing. IT still same people in control the preferred shareholders.
