Boy how misinformation flies out of your mouth when you want to tar the other fellow (Gore) yet say the AWOL charge against Bush is not true.
RE: Gore. The day before Thanksgiving and AFTER Gore's father was defeated he got his transfer papers to go to Vietnam. Pres Nixon said he had nothing to do with it but is was known he hated Gore's father and actively campaigned against him. Being that Gore was a military reporter his chances of seeing combat were very slim. Of course at the time Gore's father lost his political clout.
RE: Bush was not seen nor are there any sign in sheets that he was at any base that he was assigned to for the past year + that he was in the National Guard. Plus he was asked to take a physical (recently passed law) to see if there were any drugs in pilots blood and he never showed up. Because he did not have a physical he could not perform his duties of flying a plane. These are not rumors but facts. Why do you think Bush has never addressed the drug issue?
