Well they have done work regarding the separation technology in Houston although I don't believe that is complete or we would have heard about it. They have begin a plan to get the Ni classification updated and build a pilot plant which along with a few other items will bring them to completing prefeasibility.
I believe but don't know for sure that Ben was the catalyst for this change in direction.
I imagine both Ben and Scott are primarily trying to secure the needed capital. They know what is needed and are trying to make it happen.
