Dude, I would have no idea. That's just another angle I thought of. Cause really the investment corps are only suing because of money. I'm sure they could care less what happens to Fannie and Freddie. But they know they probably have a good case and want to test it. The government might settle with them out of court and have them just drop the case or something. Who knows!
