Jonway Group is Not the same as Jonway Automotive I see the reason for people's confusion it is because you just mention Jonway and leave it to the readers to discern which one ZAP owns.. Without even mentioning that there are 2 corporations in the same family of corporate ownership. Maybe the Wang family are good at confusing people over in China using this trick on words..

That is a deliberate mistatement as Zap owns 0% of Jonway.

Btw- Jonway Group purchased the asserts of Aptera and still has not transferred them to Zap Jonway despite repeated demands.
