All of my statements found support in available sources. You criticize my statement that "about 25% of the infected are in prison".
You support the statement by saying that 25%-35% of those in prison are infected. Indeed, that is a different proposition.
But consider that in a recent year 2.3M people were in prisons in the US. Apply the mid-point of the range, 30% to the 2.3M persons in prison and you have 690K infected in prisons. Divide that by 3M infected in the US and you get 23%. You would not have to go much above the mid-point to produce my "about 25%".
I agree with your correction of my description of the birth range of the "vast majority". I suspect most who cared to think about it understood my statement. For those who did not, please accept my apology.
