All of your posts are "good wisher" posts on the SPIHF board. Post suggesting you care about "good people and want them to sell now", is really poetic. You sure are trying hard.

This is a start up company, just entering the commercialization stage. All of your questions are applicable to any other company in SPIHF's position. All but one of your questions are invalid concerns.

Your only semi-valid concern is the lockout shares. And let me disappoint you there. Today, we traded total of $140k. Low float and low trading volume makes any "dump" right now completely moronic. Even 10k block of shares would not get absorbed. And people with 1 million shares will not waste their time trying to sell 5k lots over the period of a year.

Niliearan, I am what is called a old bloke those day’s (soon 69), 32 years active in the stock market, so let say, I have seen a lot, but nothing surprises me anymore.
Months ago, I wrote on this board that given the fact this stock has a rather small float, shorts must be nuts playing their game here, I was proved wrong.
Wrong or not, with some amusement I just finished reading the reactions of a lot of people, some I know, some I don’t, you seems to have disturbed a bee’s nest here.

Ok, there seems to be a million shares shorted, I still don’t understand the game, and still be sure, shorting this is nuts. The funny thing, I am buying shares for my grandchildren those day’s and their order is executed very slowly, what set me thinking it over a little.

Let’s put it in reality, suppose I place a electronic sell order at let say, 10$. I wonder what message I shall receive from my broker, think it over.
