How is 'garbage info' so seemingly & easily swallowed I wonder?
FIRST OF ALL: 1) There are only ~50mm restricted shares. 2) NTEK has made acquisitions, new hires & distributed RS. 3) NTEK has RETIRED 238mm Outstanding Shares in 2013. No doubt many were from shareholders formerly holding restricted shares.
Retiring shares, while NTEK has made acquisitions, made NEW hires, requires one to COUNT ISSUANCES BACKWARDS in the filings: Noting the RS issuances that relate to current numerical data; they'll also note that there are far less than 5% controlling interest available FOR ANYONE!!! Never mind the phantom "45mm" attributed WRONGLY to his person!!! Geesh!
FURTHERMORE, the last batch of shares to come off restriction did so in EARLY February (according to the GATEKEEPER of RECORDS aka Transfer Agent Stalt, Inc.) & not Feb 20th. So we can safely ASSUME the shares coming off restriction were NOT his!!! No FURTHER SHARES have come OFF RESTRICTION at this point!! And we have OVER six months prior to that whereby ONLY 3mm shares came off restriction!!! Amazing!
