Again, your saying NEW management didn't file when their first priority was to file paperwork AHEAD of time. And that these magical 500M shares that have been around since 2007 are already on the market.

CLARITY is everything….and management needs to step up to the plate….bs pr's about some measurement milestone is adding nothing to the bottom line….i would rather they clear the air and i pay more as a result knowing what i am dealing with at that point.
