The EC and the Examiner were never privies to the work product....It was the debtor and the hedge funds along with GS, JPM and the FDIC......If the EC had seen the work product even if the Examiner did see the work product do you think there would be releases........As far as we know Suckman was going nowhere fast and if it were not for some insider trading theory suckman and group would have done exactly what they did with GS nothing......
