Actually, it is really just dilution; all those other things are myths of legend.

Here is a basic 101 for stocks:

1. When MORE people are buying than selling, the price goes UP

2. When MORE people are selling than buying, the price goes DOWN

3. When either buys or sells are about the same, the price stays about the SAME

No more need for myth, lies, or opinions. These are FACTS I have just pointed out. Trade what you SEE, not what you HEAR.
