Good news it goes down, bad news it goes up, no news at all it goes up, then falls back down...

How many shares does Wild Bill have? I just know he is selling them as fast as he can....(I would be)...
Does anyone know if PHOT has started dilution of the extra 2BB shares or not? Will that info be released in the upcoming Q4/10K?
They do not have to share that info in Q4 do they?

It is Not a question of "IF" this will hit 10. PPS but when and how much further will it go. I don't read wagon anymore. He used to have some constructive things to say but not recently. He just wants the PPS down. I do agree though that the next week could be a bit wild. No big deal to me, I believe in this stock. But it is now time for management to come through. The ball is in their court right now.
