I read the 10K. I know how much is owed and it's a simple math exercise to figure out it's a finite number and getting smaller with each higher close. The GS debt was mentioned in the CC as well.
It's proven beyond all question that as the closing price rises, the conversions fall dramatically and that your figures are grossly exaggerated. You cannot sustain your arguement with figures.
