It appears from what I am hearing that the S-1 filing will occur on the 1st of April, the key is how quickly will the SEC approve. I expect it should be a fairly straight forward process, which should conclude quickly. I'd be surprised if this stock does not open trading after the S1 at around $6 dollars.
