The next thing to understand is that Aaron "Angel" Stanz IS RIGH. HE IS THE ENTIRE COMPANY!
Angel is the CEO, the CFO, the COO, the CMO, the CTO, and the Chairman of The Board. Indeed, Angel IS The Board of Directors. Righ has NO OTHER OFFICERS.
And most important, Angel is the majority shareholder with control of at least 40.2 BILLION shares of RIGH:
And subsequent research revealed that EVEN AFTER REACHING A PLEA BARGAIN DEAL WITH THE ILLINOIS AG, Angel CONTINUED HIS PHONE BILLING SCAM WITH A "NEW" COMPANY- USMUSICFIND:
Many new investors are seduced by that site, with its hi-res photos of "bud", and its hyped-up claims of relationships with local California dispensaries.
But drill down a bit further, and you'll find that most of the dispensaries no longer (never did?) exist. And the "social media" component of the site that was supposed to be so critical to its success doesn't exist, either:

RIGH shows a maximum of $39K (NOT A TYPO! $39,000!) in Revenues in all of 2013 and 2014! Mop and Pop store numbers. New investors can do the calculation for themselves:

What's more, no updates to the source code for the BudGenius website has been made since 2012, as evidenced by the failure to update the Copyright date (2012), and advertising referencing 2011 PRICING! SEE:
Lastly, but perhaps most importantly, RIGH has had NO SEC FILINGS SINCE 9/30/2012. The only communications to shareholders in that time has been via "Personal Emails" to shareholders (yes, that's what I said), and a personal blog.
Neither "personal emails" nor a "personal blog" (without prior notification to shareholders) is a valid forum for shareholder communications as per the SEC.
Nevertheless, Angel's last two blog posts contained the same empty promises.
And, perhaps the most troubling shady dealing was Angel's re-filing of RIGH's business license in Wyoming, after RIGH's Nevada license had been revoked.
Angel used this deceitful maneuver to avoid the scrutiny of shareholders as he single-handedly raised (remember, Angel IS RIGH- he needs no other authorization to do ANYTHING!) the number of RIGH's Authorized Shares SIX-FOLD!
That's right, RIGH CEO Aaron "Angel" Stanz secretly increased the number of RIGH's Authorized Shares from 5 Billion to 30 BILLION without a word to shareholders!
The above video uncovered a previously unknown 670 MILLION shares in the hands of the previous RIGH CEO Randy Schneider. One can only wonder what else has gone undisclosed since the last financial disclosure IN 2012.
There are enough shady deals going on in RIGH to combat Global Warming! CEO Angel Stanz would even have a tough time getting past the venture capitalists on "Shark Tank! ;-)
