An understatement if there ever was one.
The OS was 40M at the start of 2013.
It increased exponentially throughout the year.
It has been posted here that the last known OS was 700M, and that was before the trip 1's. If the debt holder did a conversion with the 1's on the bid at a 50% discount, he could have gotten 200M shares for 10 grand.
The way this has been trading, it would not be surprising to find out that the OS is over a billion, not to mention that the debt holder could most likely put in another debt conversion immediately if it tries to run and kill the run...
