I honestly have no clue at this point what he's doing. To even go down the 3a10 route is proof positive that he's steering a rudderless ship to nowhere...as how can he possibly attempt to spin that as some supposed positive when all he's really doing is green lighting the issuance of who knows how many 10's of millions if not 100's of millions of free trading shares that only benefit the vendors hahahahaha!!!
