I've been watching CHDN in WAFR lately, I don't believe they have any shares to sell. Just keeping a lid on the pps, trying to push it down. WAFR is still on the hard to borrow with my brokerage, have been for at least 2 weeks now.
All just IMO, please make your own decisions.
