Wait a few years after ELTP has either a partner or RM'ed into a much bigger company and then negotiate with Novel.

Why?

Novel are currently not playing on the level. They are moving things around to hide company value and obscure a fair value owed to ELTP.

If ELTO lawyered up now they would dragged into a costly battle for what!?

Wait a few years and let ELTp's move in with a position of strength to make Novel settle out of court.

Or move in now and have no hope of putting out ART in the next 4 years...
