Shorting for TRII is prohibitively expensive, and with a float available to Retail of just over 40M shares, it would be extremely difficult to find shares. For KMAG a previously suspended non-marginable grey stock, it's illegal. And no it can not be hidden from DTCC, and FINRA.

TRII, an ongoing dump of company shares by Duncan in order to create the float, and generate money so he can pay off the note he holds. You buy, he sells, and pockets the cash.
KMAG a zombie like stock pumped on forum rumors. Where it can not return to the world of the living, until a S1 is filed as the first step.
Duncan and affiliates still have close to 300M TRII shares yet to dump. All should be unrestricted by now. Until they are done with the dump, the stock remains under selling pressure.
