This should have been fully expected by anyone paying attention. It's pretty clear that we don't have the necessary A/S to support the series "I" should a holder decide to cash any in OR should a partner/financier wish to purchase the series "I" shares. An increase of the A/S will allow us to potentially utilize $39 million worth of Elite assets.
No it means a. Should have sold at $0.95 and b. They cant get their shlt together to partner. Going it alone means slow product development to 1 or 2 vs 15. Why cant they get partner? No demand for the adt?
