Lasers, are you familiar with the suggested change in the board of directors configuration? Is the change being proposed for the BOD positioning us to comply with more rules for uplisting to Nasdaq?

Lasers, this is the fire power we needed to hook a partner imo! With an increase of the A/S, a partner can be secure in purchasing the series "I" shares knowing that the A/S will support their purchase commitment.

Could those shares be sold to a partner? Or would they be used to raise capital for further testing?

If eltp is planning on going at this alone, do you think they will sell their stake in novell labs to raise capital? Any idea on the vaule of that? I remember seeing something on it awhile back, but havent heard much in a long time. Seems like that would be an easy way to raise some money for the short term.
