If the [DI-] component of the ADX(10) indicator is < 50 AND the RSI(3) > 71 Then Short.

I'm assuming it's the "DI-" part that your asking about?
As I look at it, I can now see how my shorthand was confusing.
I'll redo it for next time. Maybe something like:
ADX(10)[DI-]
