If you examine the chart and trading range, this current low bidding climate is an anomaly. You really can't go wrong getting in anywhere under .40, and better yet under .36. But for the past 9 months it has been pretty difficult to get many shares under .30 until just recently.
Be sure to review the SEC filings since VRTY backed into the publicly traded stock and started reporting as VRTY. The 2 middle quarters last year each yielded over $1.4 Million in new revenue, i.e. revenue from new businesses brought to the table by Verity in the new company. I like the fact that this company files audited financial statements with the SEC, which you do not always see with pink sheet micro-caps.
